Once you have printed them, you will need to discuss Sections 1 and 2 with all line managers, including the Chief Executive - it is important that they all realise the different levels and areas of responsibilities.
There are different arrangemnents and responsibilities in every organisation and it is essential that you agree the areas of weach individuals responsibility and authority. It is unlikely that a person can have authority without responsibility or visa versa

The pages above make up what is called the 'Health & Safety Policy', and is the foundation for all the Health & Safety at your Club
It may take some time to get agreement on all the above but it is essential to get this agreed and signed before going on to Step 2.
This allows a disc to be made, personalised for your Company. All the rest of the documentation should be printed out and altered by hand. This record will confirm that you have indeed carried out the Management of your Health & Safety.
